Russian Program Preparation Commission

• Russian Program Preparation Commission conducts research and evaluations to help determine the process to be followed in terms of language skills aimed to be acquired in Russian preparatory classes; evaluates course materials within the scope of planned studies. In line with the needs of the students and the goals of the program, at the beginning of each academic year, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, it determines the acquisitions for Language Proficiency Levels and prepares the Curriculum, which includes the dates and numbers of the follow-up exams and the end-of-course proficiency exams to be followed in the Russian Preparatory Classes. informs the instructors about it. Determines the textbooks to be used throughout the term and prepares supporting materials to be used when necessary, Places the newly determined Vocabulary and Grammar content for language levels into the units included in the course materials to be used, Holds periodic subject-oriented meetings with the instructors during the functioning of the curriculum,

Makes the necessary arrangements in coordination with the Exam Preparation Commission for the conduct of the exams to be held throughout the semester and prepares reports that address the consistency and scope of the exams prepared with the program,

In order to shed light on the next year, it determines the failing points in the implementation of the program and makes the necessary improvements by making evaluations with other commissions, instructors and administration.

Russian Exam Preparation and Evaluation Commission

• Major exams held throughout the university, IAESTE, ERASMUS, MEVLANA and all Russian exams applied in preparatory programs are prepared by the Exam Preparation Commission. The Exam Preparation and Evaluation Committee cooperates with the Program Preparation Committee to ensure that the exams are prepared and conducted in accordance with the objectives. Exams prepared by the Exam Preparation Committee:
• Proficiency and Placement Exam: This exam, which determines the level of students in the preparatory program, is held at the beginning of the academic year.
• Monitoring Exam: It is applied periodically to measure the achievements of students in the fields of grammar and skills.
• Level Proficiency Exam: It is applied to measure the proficiency of the achievements that students should acquire at all levels.
